As I hear that breathing is healthy for you;
The long-term benefits of breathing (they say)
Become apparent if you do it every day.
Shingles and scurvy are prevented by breath,
As are gradual weakening, rickets, and death.
If you don't breathe, then that's not good
As doctors tell you that you should;
And don't forget to practice. That's the way
To ensure everything is going to be okay.
If you are unhealthy, there's no doubt
